Sildalist is developed to help with severe cases of erectile dysfunction as it contains two active ingredients. Sildalist contains 100mg of Sildenafil and 20mg of Tadalafil. Both drugs are PDE5 inhibitors, which block the PDE5 enzyme that breaks down a chemical that produces erection called cGMP. Through this action, the blood flow to the penis improves, thus helps men produce a harder erection long enough for sexual activity.
This drug combination will only work with the presence of sexual stimulation. Sexual stimulation must be present to initiate the natural process of erection, the drug will only correct problems and improve erection.
Sildalist is manufactured by RSM Enterprises
Men allergic to both active ingredients, Sildenafil and Tadalafil, including inactive ingredients of the tablet, must not use Sildalist. Men not allowed to engage in sexual activity due to health concerns must also avoid the use of Sildalist.
Those taking nitrates for heart problems or recreational drugs containing nitrates, and guanylate cyclase stimulators, must not use Sildalist.
